This policy explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated data from Nevora.

2. How to Request Deletion
Send a data deletion request to support@nevora.co.in from your registered email address, including your account details.

3. What Gets Deleted
- Your account information
- Client and job data uploaded by you
- Any connected integrations (e.g., WhatsApp Business API data, if applicable)

4. Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 7-14 business days.

5. Data Retention Exceptions
Some data may be retained if required by law, for billing records, or to resolve disputes.

6. Irreversible Action
Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported any data you need before submitting a request.
